My What’s the Story? The picture for this week is of my son and Daddy P.
The photo was taken in April this year on a day when we left home in sunshine and arrived at Cotswold Farm Park in the pouring rain 🙁
You can see that he doesn’t look so pleased with the weather conditions. The Park is really open to the elements and the rain seemed to be coming at us horizontally at one point. I look at this photo and I just chuckle because I know just how wet we got, typically British we carried on regardless!
We still managed to enjoy our trip. My What’s the Story? photo of the week.
What a great photo Mary – I love how we all carry on regardless. This will be a great memento of just that. I’m glad you still had a good day. I remember taking POD to a farm near us when it was super cold! Thank you for linking up to #whatsthestory
It just makes me laugh when I look at it – the weather was so bad!
A bit of rain isn’t going to stop us having fun, is it?! As my husband is forever reminding me, no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing 🙂 You’ve just reminded me of one of my favourite pictures of the kids, in the rain… Next week perhaps!
If you waited for decent weather here, you’d never get much done would you – one bonus if being in the US for you!
They definitely do look like they are grinning through the rain there!
I think it might have been grimacing actually!!
One of the things I miss most about Britain is the resilient attitude that makes people carry on with their plans regardless, love the pic too!
We’re all slightly mad!
