Disney Planes Soundtrack review

I think it’s fairly well known that Monkey loves all things to do with transport.  So when Disney released Planes the movie, I really wanted to take Monkey to the cinema to watch it.  Sadly, he appears to have an absolute phobia of the cinema at the moment.  We took him to a 4D cinema on a trip to SEA LIFE last December and he screamed the place down.  Nothing will convince him to try another trip so we have to wait for Planes to come out on DVD.  In the meantime we’ve been lucky enough to have the Disney Planes Soundtrack to review.

Disney Planes Soundtrack

From above the world of “Cars” comes Disney’s Planes, an action-packed 3D animated comedy adventure featuring Dusty (voice of Dane Cook), a plane with dreams of competing as a high-flying air racer.  The soundtrack to this fun adventure features the original score composed by Mark Mancina, plus 4 original songs and one bonus track.

The Disney Planes soundtrack is just as lovely as I’d expected it would be.  There are 29 tracks with a total running time of nearly 54 minutes, making this a great deal.

1.      Nothing Can Stop Me Now Performed by Mark Holman
2.      You Don’t Stop (NYC) Performed by Chris Classic and Alana D
3.      Fly Performed by Jon Stevens of The Dead Daisies
4.      Planes Score
5.      Crop Duster Score
6.      Last Contestant Score
7.      Hello Lincoln/Sixth Place Score
8.      Show Me What You Got Score
9.      Dusty Steps Into History Score
10.    Start Your Engines Score
11.    Leg 2/Bulldog Thanks Dusty Score
12.    Skipper Tries to Fly Score
13.    Dusty & Ishani Score
14.    The Tunnel Score
15.    Running on Fumes Score
16.    Get Above the Storm Score
17.    Dusty Has to Ditch Score
18.    Skipper’s Story Score
19.    You’re a Racer Score
20.    Leg 7 Score
21.    Skipper to the Rescue Score
22.    Dusty Soars Score
23.    1st Place Score
24.    A True Victory Score
25.    Honorary Jolly Wrench Score
26.    Skipper’s Theme (Volo Pro Veritas) Score
27.    Love Machine Performed by Carlos Alazraqui and Antonio Sol
28.    Ein Crop Duster Can Race Performed by Carlos Alazraqui and Antonio Sol
29.    Armadillo

We loved the main song Nothing Can Stop me Now, and the various scores are really wonderful to listen to.  Monkey’s favourite was definately the bonus track – Ein Crop Duster Can Race – he was in fits of laughter dancing around to this song.

The Disney Planes soundtrack is available to buy for £8.99

About Over 40 and a Mum to One

I'm a Mum in my late 40′s with a 7 year old son. I had a busy life in Export Sales before my Monkey came along, but decided to become a stay at home Mum once he arrived. Now I enjoy writing my own family lifestyle and travel blog. sharing the adventures that we have as Monkey makes his journey through school. We have a cat called Brewster who makes appearances and I’m a mad Ferrari Formula 1 fan, so that expect to hear about as each season unfolds. We love reviewing toys, games and books and would love the opportunity to look at anything that fits in with our family lifestyle. We are always out and about and offering an insight on the places we visit, with a passion for nature thrown in for good measure. If you like what you read please leave me a comment, I love to hear from people, and always try to reply.
