HealGel Eye – a review

HealGel EyeI’ve been feeling in need of some pampering lately.  I’d been burning the candle at both ends before our recent holiday.  My eyes were tired and I was definately carrying excess eye baggage!  Along came HealGel Eye to the rescue.

HealGel EyeHealGel Eye is an advanced corrective formula, designed to condition and lift the delicate orbital area. The peerless anti-aging formula is packed with powerful active ingredients which work to restore youthful texture and an even-looking skin tone. A unique dual-action hyaluronic acid complex locks moisture deeper into the skin and firms the eye contours. The effect is to soften the appearance of puffiness, dark circles, fine lines and wrinkles, even skin tone and improve elasticity through intense hydration. Light diffusers further improve sallow areas with a brightening and smoothing effect, whilst the refreshing and lightweight gel works hard to brighten, lift and revive tired eyes.

I’ve been using HealGel Eye for a few weeks now, it’s helped me deal with my heavy eye bags and especially my 3am wake up call when we flew to Spain!

HealGel EyeHealGel Eye is really easy to use, you only need a very small amount to moisture under each eye.  It really does live up to the hype – its cooling and refreshing and has certainly made me look slightly less worn out lately.  I’ve been using it twice a day as instructed.  There is no sticky residue, the HealGel Eye is absorbed into the skin area around the eye easily.  I’ve been impressed with this 15ml product.  It fits into my makeup bag easily for when I’ve been away, making it a handy reviver for me tired eyes.

Priced at £32.00 for the 15ml bottle, you might not think it’s particularly cheap, but as you really do only need a tiny amount for each application, this bottle will last for ages.  Anything that helps reduce fine lines and leaves me feeling refreshed, gets a big thumbs up.  My only negative comment would be on the packaging, to me it looks really clinical, as if it’s something I might have picked up on prescription from the pharmacy.  But perhaps that’s the idea.

There is currently a Mothers Day promotion running on the HealGel website – spend £50.00 or more, enter MUM at the checkout and you’ll receive £5.00 off your order.
