Chuggington StackTrack and Diecast sets – a review for Tomy Part 2

Chuggington StackTrack and Diecast sets

Yesterday I showed you the first part of my review for the Chuggington StackTrack and Diecast Sets featuring some of the die-cast Chuggington trains and the StackTrack Tunnel Bridge Adventure set.  Today I’m bringing you the Chuggington Die Cast Twists and Turns Action Track Pack.

Chuggington StackTrack and Diecast setsAgain this wonderful set from Tomy, is aimed at children aged 3 years and over.  The set comprises 15 pieces of track including risers and a switch gate, it also includes an instruction leaflet.

As with our StackTrack set I was really impressed by how robust this set is, the risers really do work and the track doesn’t collapse.

Again, just like the StackTrack, the Die Cast Twists and Turns Action Track Set is very easy to fit together.

Monkey was in his element.

The instruction booklet gives you the suggested layout, but Monkey was soon coming up with his own ideas.

It’s a great stand along set, with the added bonus, it links up easily with the StackTrack ranges.

The Chuggington Die Cast Twist and Turns Action Track Pack retails for £14.99 and I think this represents good value for money.  This set is going to last, will be well-loved and offers lots of creative play.

About Over 40 and a Mum to One

I'm a Mum in my late 40′s with a 7 year old son. I had a busy life in Export Sales before my Monkey came along, but decided to become a stay at home Mum once he arrived. Now I enjoy writing my own family lifestyle and travel blog. sharing the adventures that we have as Monkey makes his journey through school. We have a cat called Brewster who makes appearances and I’m a mad Ferrari Formula 1 fan, so that expect to hear about as each season unfolds. We love reviewing toys, games and books and would love the opportunity to look at anything that fits in with our family lifestyle. We are always out and about and offering an insight on the places we visit, with a passion for nature thrown in for good measure. If you like what you read please leave me a comment, I love to hear from people, and always try to reply. Enjoy the read.
