Walking in all weathers with Trespass

As you all know we’re often to be found out and about, whether it be den building, going on a nature hunt or building sand castles on the beach.  I’ve been well organised with preparing Monkey for all seasons with his waterproof clothing, but no so myself.  With our Cornish holiday fast approaching I knew I really needed to prepare myself correctly. Thankfully I would be walking in all weathers with Trespass and their Prindle Womens Water Resistant Cargo Trousers.

Trespass provides a whole range of outdoor clothing for all the family through their shops and online.  I’d recently bought myself a new 3 in 1 waterproof jacket, but really needed some decent walking trousers to cope with the likely changeable weather conditions of Cornwall.

I liked the Granite colour of the Prindle trousers and the fact that they are quick drying could be a real bonus if the weather changed quickly!  I opted for the S size as I’m a size 10, there’s only one length option which can sometimes be tricky, but in this instance they fitted perfectly.

The trousers come with an elasticated adjustable waistband with belt which added to the comfort.

There are pockets front and back with velcro and zip fasteners and even the hems can be adjusted with pull cords.

Walking in all weathers with Trespass whilst we were in Cornwall would be a fair assessment – rain, drizzle, wind, sunshine and cloud pretty much summed up the week really.

I was super impressed with the Prindle trousers – the laminated tricot lining meant that I was kept warm when it was blowing a gale on Polzeath beach and when I was despairing at Daddy P’s kite flying abilities at Trevone! (note to self – I need to smile more!).  They were great for cliff walking and digging on the beach, as well as walking around the grounds of Lanhydrock.

Although the trousers kept me really warm, they worked just as well on warmer days and really work all year round as they also provide UV protection. I have to say that they were very comfortable to wear, and I’m a big fan. They also wash well at 40 degrees and I’m sure I’ll be walking in all weathers with Trespass for some time to come.

Normally priced at £49.99, Trespass currently have these Prindle trousers at a reduced price of £28.99 – bargain!! They also offer free UK delivery.

  1. You had me converted when I saw them-a really good pair of trousers. And in your defence about the kite shot, it was taken without your knowledge wasn’t it!

  2. I could really do with some decent all weather clothing – I usually end up in soggy jeans! They look like great versatile trousers x
