Cardooo Activity Cards at ASDA – review and giveaway

There doesn’t seem to be a week that passes where we don’t know someone with a birthday and sometimes it’s nice to be able to find something a little different to give out, especially for those special friends of Monkey’s.  Well, we’ve recently discovered Cardooo Activity Cards at ASDA which are just fab, they are £3.00 each, but they are so much more than just a birthday card.

Cardooo Activity Cards at ASDA

The range of Cardooo Activity Cards at ASDA come with activities including: stickers, puzzles, spot the difference and mazes, as well as colouring pages, to keep children entertained well after they’ve opened their birthday card.

Monkey had a 6th birthday party to go to at the weekend, and was almost reluctant to give his friend one of these cards!  Mummy, they look so much fun, and he’s right, they really are.  I hope his friend enjoyed his card over the weekend.

The range will be further extended in January next year and I can see them being really popular.

disclaimer:  we were sent the items mentioned in exchange for an honest review

About Over 40 and a Mum to One

I'm a Mum in my late 40′s with a 7 year old son. I had a busy life in Export Sales before my Monkey came along, but decided to become a stay at home Mum once he arrived. Now I enjoy writing my own family lifestyle and travel blog. sharing the adventures that we have as Monkey makes his journey through school. We have a cat called Brewster who makes appearances and I’m a mad Ferrari Formula 1 fan, so that expect to hear about as each season unfolds. We love reviewing toys, games and books and would love the opportunity to look at anything that fits in with our family lifestyle. We are always out and about and offering an insight on the places we visit, with a passion for nature thrown in for good measure. If you like what you read please leave me a comment, I love to hear from people, and always try to reply. Enjoy the read.

  2. Birthday colouring cards look brilliant! My son has a ridiculous amount of birthday parties to attend so these look perfect!

  3. The Age 4 Jungle Card would be so perfect for my nephew’s birthday and it’s so creative and fun! I think the Birthday Activity Fairies cards that are coming soon look fantastic and would be perfect for my niece!

  4. I would love the Age 6 Circus one for my little girl, the Age 6 Knights and Age 4 Pets ones for my best friend’s little boy and girl. They’re all really imaginative – such a great idea!

  5. Happy Birthday. 5. Train. For my Great- Nephew. As he loves Trains.

Whilst possibly Happy BirthDay. Fairy. Could be used as a General Birthday card from myself. As I am to be a Fairy in an upcoming Pantomime.

  6. Fantastic. I’ve got a few birthdays coming up that these would be perfect for. The only problem might be is keeping my kids from wanting to do the activities themselves rather than writing their names in the card.

  7. I love the fairy one and the dinosaurs i would give them to my children, my younger brothers, nephews and all the small cousins in my family lol x

  8. The age 5 insects card would be perfect for our youngest’s next birthday as she’ll be turning 5 and she LOVES butterflies and bees! The age 6 circus card would be perfect for our eldest who turns 6 next birthday and loves gymnastics and travel!

  9. My daughter and most of her friends are starting to turn 4 so I would choose a selection of the Age 4 Pets and Jungle cards.

  10. I’d get the age 4 pets and jungle for my grandson and grand-daughter (twins) and age 6 knights for my older grandson
