As much as I love the beach and days spent by the seaside, I’m happier still exploring away from the madding crowds. You might have spotted my post yesterday about the Castle in Silves, the town was our base for our recent Portuguese holiday and it was perfect for me. An inland town, full of history and cobbled streets calling out to be explored. I’ll be writing a little more about our time there in the weeks to come. It’s a lovely little town, and in the midst of the Praça Al Mouhatamid Ibn Abbad you can enjoying this work of art. So serene, they could almost be walking on water.
That’s a fabulous piece of art! I like to explore too. There’s always so much to see when you visit new places (not that we often do!).
What a lovely photo, its always great to have a good explore. #MySundayPhoto
