SmartWool NTS Micro 150 T-Shirt

I feel the cold easily and am often layered up unless it’s a really warm day.  Daddy P is always laughing at the fact I feel cold even on days he describes as positively warm.  Well with the SmartWool NTS Micro 150 T-Shirt I now have all bases covered. The top is made from the best grade of Merino Wool.  It’s designed to keep me cool on a hot day, and works as a base layer to keep me warm on a cold one.  In other words it was absolutely made for me!

The SmartWool Micro 150 range includes T-shirts, Vests and Hoodies and are available for men and women.  Originally from the US, I opted for a Medium size as I’m normally an 8-10 UK size for tops.  You just knew I’d go for a shade of blue, right? The Light Capri option had my name written all over it.

The SmartWool NTS Micro 150 T-Shirt was rather creased when I took it out of its packaging, but I followed the care instructions, ironed it on a cool iron, and it was soon ready to wear.

I love the fit, the fabric feels so soft and the side seams give a more sculptured feel. We’re heading down to Cornwall at the end of the month and I can see me wearing this a lot.  It will be perfect for long walks along the cliff tops.

In fact I’ve been wearing it quite a lot since it arrived.  It washes well and like I mentioned earlier, on a cool iron it looks as good as new again. It’s worked well in both hot and colder conditions and being made from Merino Wool it’s a nature material, so sustainable too.

Priced at £49.99 it may seem a little pricey but you are paying for that premium grade of Merino wool.  To find out more about this top and the other items in the SmartWool range, pop over to their website.
