Space Patrol Alien Catcher – a personalised story book with giveaway

Personalised story books are a favourite here and with Monkey’s birthday fast approaching I wanted to add another to our collection.  Amazing Pages have a range of books aimed at children up to the age of 7 and I opted for their Space Patrol Alien Catcher book for space mad son.

Space Patrol Alien Catcher

When you place your order you have the option to add not only your child’s name, but a friends too, along with their school, where they live, favourite food and what they like doing best.  I could also add a personalised message.

I opted for full personalisation with Monkey’s photo, but you can decide on character customisation instead, and pick skin tone, hair style and colour etc. Place your order for £19.99 and await delivery.  The order process is easy, although I do find the site a little slow to navigate.

Monkey’s Space Patrol Alien Catcher personalised book arrived promptly and looked lovely.  Time to find out about his Alien adventures.

Space Patrol Alien Catcher

We have a number of personalised books so Monkey’s used to seeing his name in print, but this one from Amazing Pages, caught him unawares.  Mummy, that’s my school! and they know I like playing with trains.  Find his best friend getting a mention too, always goes down well.

Space Patrol Alien Catcher

The story is actually quite funny, as Monkey heads to planet Banana Sock to catch an alien. We liked the twist in this story, the alien isn’t what it seems and our alien catcher might end up making friends rather than catching any aliens.

It’s a charming story and the personalisation works well.  The quality of print, paper and binding is as I would expect for the price too.  It gets a seal of approval here.

  1. If I was lucky enough to win I would choose the Space Patrol – Alien catcher for my son James! He loves spaces and would be thrilled with a personalised book featuring himself. These look great and lots of fun!.

  2. I would choose The Shy Mermaid for my daughter, who loves to read and mermaids too! Personalised gifts are wonderful as can be kept as a lovely keepsake.
