Garden Vistas No 2 – Summer Breeze 500 Piece Puzzle

It’s not often I try out a jigsaw puzzle that’s less than 1000 pieces.  But on dark, dull winter days I really wanted something to brighten things up and the Garden Vistas No 2 – Summer Breeze 500 Piece Puzzle from Ravensburger has done just that.

Garden Vistas No 2 – Summer Breeze 500 Piece Puzzle

As the name suggests, the Garden Vistas No 2 – Summer Breeze 500 Piece Puzzle, is the second in this series, following on from Springtime Splendour.  The jigsaw puzzles features a painting of a summer garden by artist Anne Searle.  It is full of the colours that are certainly missing from my garden right now.  The flowers in the borders remind me of my Mum’s garden when they lived in England, full of Hollyhocks, Sweet Williams and Poppies.  We’ve always loved Canterbury Bells too.

The colours just pop out at you and the details are just lovely.  You can imagine a keen gardener popping out of the shed at any moment to get on with some weeding.

Garden Vistas No 2 – Summer Breeze 500 Piece Puzzle represents such a typical English country garden in summertime, any gardener is going to enjoy completing this puzzle.  There are vibrant yellow lilies in full bloom along with lovely pink climbing roses.  You can imagine the scent and the bees that would be buzzing around this goldmine of nectar.

The quality of the image reproduction is as good as ever.  The puzzle pieces are made of sturdy board that fit together easily using the Ravensburger soft click technology.

The Garden Vistas No 2 – Summer Breeze 500 Piece Puzzle has been a real joy to complete, and it’s been so nice to be reminded of sunnier days to come.
