Week 4 of PODcast‘s linky The Alphabet Photography Project and what to pick for D this year? Last year it was all about Diggers, this year The Alphabet Photography Project D is for Discovery.
A couple of years ago we spent a rather blustery weekend in Suffolk with Daddy P’s cousin and his wife. Monkey loved every moment of it, the joy of waking up in Hunstanton, by the seaside, no matter what the weather.
We had a great walk along the beach, discovering a ‘viking ship‘ and oh, so many sea shells. Monkey just didn’t know where to start with his collecting that day. We went back to the house with a whole bag load of razor shells. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many in one place to be honest.
Our beach walk and all the shells was a great discovery and one Monkey still remembers. We did have to narrow down his collection somewhat but we still have a few of the razor shells he discovered that weekend.
What image would you choose for D?
We went for diggers this year!Razor shells remind me of when I was little. x
This is great. Out of all our adventures and days out its things like this my girls remember most x
This is what it’s all about, isn’t it? Watching the wonder of discovery. Great D! #alphabetphoto

Grace says – I love visiting the beach especially when you get to discover very cool things like this. Awesome photo #alphabetphoto
I have never seen that many shells ever! and I love the beach in the winter, glad you all had fun
Awww what an explorer you have! When we would go to the beach we seldom see shells. We found one and my son loves it so much that its in his book bag and he brings it everyday in school.
Simple things that our sons keeps and value as treasures =)
