immink Childs Hoody – a review

immink Childs HoodyI love buying clothes for Monkey, he just keeps growing out of them!  Most inconsiderate of him. Monkey is 4 years old next week, I’m still in shock about that fact – only seems 5 minutes ago, I was thinking about his 3rd birthday.  He’s had an early birthday present – the immink Childs Hoody! Thank you very much.

immink are an English company with garments that are actually made here!  How refreshing is that.  They believe in the ethical production of organic childrens’ clothes, and have recently extended their age range to cover 4-5 year olds.  Monkey is a very lucky boy.  The immink range consists of products made in Cotton Twill and Jersey materials, and are available in sizes for babies upwards to 5 years.

The immink Childs Hoody is made of 100% organic cotton and is so soft to touch, I couldn’t wait to wrap Monkey up in it.

There’s some room for growth – yippee! I love Monkey in Blue, and the yellow trim works really well with the immink Childs Hoody.  It’s also available in Brick Red with Duck Egg blue trim which looks just as good.

I particularly like the neckline on this immink Childs Hoody as its loose-fitting.

Monkey liked hiding in his hoody – Jedi in training maybe!  It’s certainly become a firm favourite in his wardrobe.

The immink Childs Hoody washes at 40 degrees and irons really well.  It hasn’t lost its shape, the stitching is good quality and it’s lovely and warm.  This particular item is available is ages 2-3 and 3-4 as well as the 4-5 years that Monkey received.  It’s priced at £30.00 which I think is actually quite reasonable for a garment that is made to last.
