Blog Birthday Giveaway – Random House

Blog Birthday Giveaway - Random HouseWe’ve got a great bundle of books for you today, thanks to Random House.  Our Blog Birthday Giveaway – Random House, features Hugo the Hare’s Rainy Day by Jez Alborough, Do Dare Duck by Joyce Dunbar and Wanda and the Alien to the Rescue by Sue Hendra. A great selection of picture books.

random house 1We love Wanda and the Alien as regular readers will know, so I know that this latest outing for the unlikely friends will be a big hit. Wanda and the Alien to the Rescue (which was published last month) sees the friend help a little animal in need.

Last year we reviewed Billy the Goat’s Big Breakfast where we were introduced to adventures of Billy and his friends, including Hugo the Hare.  It would appear that Hugo and I gave something in common – neither of us like water!  In Hugo the Hare’s Rainy Day (published on 27th February) we see him overcome his fears to help his friends.  Written by Jez Alborough, this is bound to be a wonderful book full of clever rhyming text.

Do Dare Duck is written by Joyce Dunbar and illustrated by Jane Massey and will also be published on 27th February.

Does Duck dazzle as much as the peacock? Does he dawdle like the tortoise, or does he dash like the hare? No? Well, what does Duck do? Does Duck … dare?

These are look like great books and 5 of you could win yourself a set of these books.  For a chance to win, just complete the rafflecopter below – good luck!
