Blog Birthday Review and Giveaway – Jordans Cereals

Blog Birthday Review and Giveaway - Jordans CerealsToday is all about a healthy breakfast choice.  I’ve always been a big fan of breakfast, as kids we never went to school without a good breakfast.  Today I have a Blog Birthday Review and Giveaway – Jordans Cereals.

Blog Birthday Review and Giveaway - Jordans CerealsI’ve been sent a selection of Jordan’s Country Crisp and Jordan’s Granola to try or breakfast. I couldn’t wait to try the Jordans Super Berry Country Crisp which contains freeze-dried Blackcurrants, Cranberries and Blueberries along with golden baked wholegrain oat clusters.

I really enjoyed this cereal from the first mouthful, there was just the right amount of fruit to add a bit of sweetness to the oats.  I found that this cereal filled me up nicely, and I didn’t even think of having a snack before lunchtime.

Next up was the Jordans Country Crisp with Raspberries – I really liked this as raspberries are my berries of choice.

DSC09833 Again this didn’t disappoint and the raspberries really added to the breakfast experience. I really enjoyed this option.  I did really want to use some of the cereal as a topping for a fruit crumble – but I just couldn’t resist my breakfast treat!  Daddy P was not so impressed when his pudding didn’t materialise as promised – oops.

Then it was on to the Jordans Super Fruity Granola.

Delicious sums up this cereal! Packed with toasted oat and honey clusters with freeze-dried raspberries, redcurrants, and pomegranate. My Dad’s recently had a bit of a cholesterol scare so I’ll be taking some of this out to Spain for him – it’s really good for lowering your cholesterol levels.

Jordans Cereals are available from all of the main supermarkets and I can thoroughly recommend them.

disclaimer:  we were sent the items mentioned for the purpose of an honest review.

  1. Probably Banana. I would go with raspberries, like some others here, but i rarely have them in the house.

  2. I love all Jordans cereals, they are so tasty, I would add banana as it is my favourite fruit and helps keep me satisfied until lunch

  3. I’d add apple – I don’t like my cereal too sweet so this would be ideal and I love dried apple and apple crisps as a snack.

  4. I would have to add Banana to Jordan’s Granola because my breakfast isn’t complete without some banana.

  5. I would add strawberries
They are the fruit of love
    The taste would be exquisite
    The flavour is from above

  6. I tend to add a handful of dried apricots to breakfast as they are yummy and full of iron 🙂

  7. When they’re in season, blackberries.

Can’t get fresher than straight off the bush. And if there’s one thing the UK isn’t short of, it’s brambles.

  8. I always add a banana if I have one spare but my favourite is always freshly picked strawberries from the garden!

  9. Raspberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants and white currants – because I grow all of these and love them very much.

  10. Blueberries, as I Love, Love, Love them. Plus they are so easy to keep in the freezer so I can add them to all my favourite Breakfasts/Puddings all year round.

  11. Banana, I love the soft texture with crunchy cereal! Also full of fantastic nutrients to start your day off with a burst of energy! 🙂

  12. gosh I would add any fruit as I just love fruit in general!! I think first and foremost I would add blueberrries or cranberries though as they both give added zing to food and are very good for you

  13. I would add dried cherries and dried banana because they are both delicious and would go well with it.

I'd love to hear from you and try to reply to all comments
