I think I might have mentioned once or twice that Monkey is a big fan of Tractor Ted. I also really rate the books and DVD’s – really factual, real footage and photographs. monkey has learnt so much from Tractor Ted. Our favourite green tractor also sells pencil cases, lunch boxes, duvet sets and a range of clothing. So now Monkey is looking smart with Tractor Ted!
When I unwrapped a parcel last week, Monkey caught sight of Tractor Ted and was there like a shot. Mummy, Mummy, it’s Tractor TED!!!! I want to wear it NOW!!
I love this photo, he was so proud to be looking smart with Tractor Ted, mesmerised that he could see Tractor Ted on his top. He’s got Thomas and Fireman Sam tops, but I’ve not seen a reaction like this to them. I think we have a serious groupie on our hands.
The colour looks great on him, we love the tractor detail and also the fact that there isn’t lots of writing all over the Half Zip Sweater. Monkey is in the 4-5 years size, there is plenty of room for growth.
Monkey would wear this sweater every day, given half a chance! Note him showing his Tractor Ted books to his new sweater. It was so funny, totally him, totally in the moment.
The Tractor Ted top has been through the wash and been ironed and looks as good as new. Just in time to be worn again!
Whilst I’m talking Tractor Ted, let me remind you about Tractor Ted’s Little Farm. You may remember we visited Bowood House in Wiltshire last summer with friends. Monkey had a great time there and loved visiting Tractor Ted’s Little Farm. Well, Bowood House and Tractor Ted’s Little Farm opened today for the season. We can thoroughly recommend a visit – great for half term/Easter day out!
This year the Tractor Ted Little Farm will continue to entertain visitors with a barn full of fun from young calves, lambs and piglets to hens, chicks and incubating eggs with friendly guinea pigs and rabbits to handle at regular times during each day. Outside the Barn, little ones can enjoy sitting on Tractor Ted himself or let off steam by riding around the Tractor Track, digging on the mini diggers or bouncing about the animal play houses. New this season will be a big new display tractor, motorized fixed mechanical mini-diggers for scooping out the sand – the nearest thing for children to driving a real digger – plus raised planters where children can see the most common farm crops being grown such as wheat, barley and maize.
We’ll certainly be paying a visit soon.
