Lovely. Looks like Mr McGregor’s garden in Peter Rabbit.
I totally see that too !
Yes, I was just thinking that about Mr McGregor’s garden too. All it needs is a little blue waistcoat lying around 🙂
Yes not sure Monkey’s mac would have left the same impression.
Lovey x
Thank you
Looks intriguing, where is it?
It’s at Calke Abbey, just waiting to be photographed
Love the colours and the composition. Totally agree about Mr McGregor’s garden too! 🙂
Thank you, I’m really pleased with it.
looks like somewhere interesting x
Thanks
Lovely photo, not sure I could manage that roller!
Nor me!
Ooh what a funny little door perched up high, where is this? x
I know, that’s what really caught my attention, it’s at Calke Abbey
Wow! That is a fantastic photo! Lovely photo x
Thank you
Great photo. Looks like somewhere fun to explore.
We had a very diverse afternoon out there.
Interesting! Curious about the whole story. 🙂 xx
It was in a walled garden at Calke Abbey, I just loved the little door.
Looks like a very rustic garden setting. I was somewhere almost as lovely as this yesterday 🙂
Yes, it was lovely.
This is a great photo. Where was it taken or is it a secret? It looks like the outside of a Victorian mill or something. I love Victorian buildings, especially the ones designed by Augustus Pugin.
It’s in the gardens at Calke Abbey, I just loved it’s timeless appeal.
Looks like a postcard x
Thanks,
I could use one of those in our garden to smooth the grass out a bit. Wonder if it saw any cricket pitches in its time? #silentsunday
I bet it probably did, that or a croquet lawn
A remnant from a bygone era.
Very true.
I love how rustic this all looks – like stepping back in time!
Doesn’t it just.
Love the vintage feel to this picture, there’s something very storybook about it.
Heledd xx
There is, isn’t there, timeless.
What purpose does that serve? I’m not much of an agrarian

These days, just ornamental I would think.
It feels very vintage, where does the door lead to?
Thank you for linking up
Into a building, no idea what purpose the building served though.
Seeing this photo reminds me of my Granddad – he had a roller for his garden just like that that we used to push, which I had actually forgotten about! 🙂
Yes, it’s certainly from a bygone age.
Very vintage. Look great photo!
Thanks
Like the others this reminded me of a scene from a children’s book! #mysundayphoto
Yes it really does
i have no idea who Mr McGregor is but i sure would love to have ago a rolling that!
