SHOUT! – a game giveaway

Shout!

I have a great giveaway for you today from the team at Drumond Park called SHOUT! Aimed at those aged 12 years+, this new game is being launched in time for plenty of family fun over the Christmas period.

Shout!

Priced at £29.99 SHOUT! can be played in teams and will pit family and friends against each other as they face challenges.

The game consists of 167 double-sided challenge cards containing a set of 9 challenges on each side.  The challenges are themed around such topics as images, words and figures. SHOUT! also has a 60 second timer stand which displays to the challenge cards to the Answerers and enables the Askers to see the answers to the challenges.

For example – On the ‘Body Parts’ card, for instance, a picture of Concorde translates to ‘nose’, a photograph of Martin Luther King on the ‘Abba Songs’ card identifies ‘I Have a Dream’ and on the ‘Egg Things’ card, the image of a stop watch will bring ‘an Egg Timer’ to mind.

SHOUT!

Split into two teams and pit your wits against each other in this fast paced game. Each team takes turns to be the Asking or Answering team for one minute.  You can find out more about the game play here.

To be in with a chance of winning SHOUT! for your family just complete the form below – good luck!

  1. We would have a girls team (inc me) and a boys team. The girls would be called the ‘Pink Fluffies’ as that is what we love and like and the boys would be called the ‘Sensibles’ because they are far more sensible than us girls!

  2. The boys would be the Squimbles and the girls would be the Googlies. Cute names that we often use.

  3. Children would be Monsters as that is the nickname we’ve given them and the adults would be The Winners (to irritate the Monsters!).

  5. im sure my daughter would choose girls rule for me and her, and my son would choose boys rock for them. not that theres any rivalry lol

  6. Football players, all mad Arsenal fans in my house so I expect the boys would choose Alexis Sanchez and Jack Wilshere as team names

  7. it would be pinkies and blueys, pink for me, daughter, mam, grand-daughter and son-in-law’s mum and blue for my husband, our 2 sons, our 2 grandsons, son-in-law

  8. We would be the Super Handy Gandy’s – willing to take on any other team that wants to cross our path !! x

  9. If we were playing my tea (thats me and the girls would be the Roarers) well because we are 😉 and Dad’s team (thats him and the son) would be called The Runners Up 😛

  10. The girls would be the Pinkettes as we are all so girly and the boys would be The Chelsea Crew as they are all big Chelsea Football fans.

  11. Loud & louder!!! We are a loud family, if someone is speaking we always aim to speak LOUDER

  12. I think we would have a boy girl split! The girls team would be called ‘we’re going to win’ because obviously we are going to win! The boys team would be called better luck next time… Because they might just beat us next time we play!!!!!

  13. We would be the Harry Potter Hogwarts houses, especially Griffindor and Slytherin, we are Harry Potter mad here. I’m currently reading the last book & hubby is on the 3rd audiobook. Cant wait to show our son the films 🙂 x

  14. We’re usually ‘the young things’ (me and my brother) and ‘the oldies’ (for our parents)

  15. We’d be Team Pritchard as that’s what our midwife called my husband & I when I was in labour!!

  16. We would have the Babes for the girls and boys would be the besties as that’s what they call themselves lol 🙂

  17. we would have “Terrific trio” (3 girls in our house) and “daddy’s duo” (2 boys in our house) x

  18. We would be colour names as it helps with learning – perhaps blue for the boys and purple for the girls?

  19. Team Wine for the adults because we will be drinking that and Team Wifi for the kids because they are constantly on some device or other.

  20. Hmm the girls team would be the unicorns(we love them!) and the boys up the arsenal( they love them?!!!)

  21. The Binkles (what we refer to boys as) and The Flips (us girlies). Binkle and Flip were elf characters in one of my fave enid blyton books as a child and I called my 2 Binkle and Flip when they were small(only as nicknames lol)

  22. me, my brother, and my partner are “Team Awesome” because that has always been our team name 🙂 and my parents will be “Team Welly Bob”

  23. The ‘Sulkers’ and ‘The Whiners’ because none of us like losing so we complain all the way through playing about the other side cheating 😉

  24. We would have the girls team (mother and daughter) as the ‘K9 Patrollers’ as we are the only ones that walk the dog, and the boys (father and son) would be the ‘P4 Posse’ as they cant leave the playstation alone.

  25. I’d choose new words each time for the team names so the children would learn while having fun. I would probably start with Veterans and Novices.

I'd love to hear from you and try to reply to all comments
