  1. My foot spa, when my feet are tired and achey or my heels dry and cracked, a lovely pampering session including a nice warm bubbly foot spa session revitalises me all over!

  2. its hard to choose but i love having a shower then using a body lotion. I love feeling all fresh and soft skin.

  3. Coconut oil. I suffer from dry skin, especially on my scalp and neck. Coconut oil is excellent for helping combat this.

  4. I love Burts Bees Hand Salve as I work in a busy butchers so have to wash my hands a lot at the end of the day it’s nice to get home and use it to stop my hands getting chapped

  5. My Soap and Glory ‘The Righteous Butter’ It smells amazing & leaves my skin silky smooth 🙂 Perfect after a long soak in the bath!

  6. Bath oil – I rarely have a bath and I hate the sound of bubbles popping in my ears so a nice relaxing soak in the tub is perfect!

  7. Luxury bubble bath – I lock the bathroom door fill the bath and just lie, soak and relax. And no, no-one can come in and use the loo they’ll just have to cross their legs!

  10. I don’t always have the time but for a real pampering, I love to use my moisturiser from ‘pure fiji’ It smells amazing and it’s not greasy. Unfortunately I was trying not to use it much as it’s so pricey but I think it’s gone off as it stinks now! haha! So this handy burts bees selection would be gratefully received!

  15. A really good scented body lotion – I love it if I have a shower before I go to bed because I get a fragrant nights sleep!

  16. Good old plain Aveeno moisturiser because when my skin is horribly painfully dry or ratty which is frequent, the Aveeno is just what it needs for instant relief! Taking the time to pamper myself with Aveeno (on face and body) really really makes a difference to how I feel.

  17. Nail Polish! I’m addicted to it. I love painting my nails. It makes me relax and the end result it lovely 🙂 x

  18. Superdrug Coconut Oil is great for moisturising skin and it smells good too. It’s especially kind on psoriasis.

  19. What else but Burt’s bees ‘Mama Bee Nourishing Body Oil’. Leaves me feeling so good and refreshed & it make me feel more confident about myself.

  20. I love my foot spa. I thought it would be one of those novelties that got shoved in the back of a cupboard after a while but I still love it – it’s really relaxing.

  21. Body moisturiser, my skin is very dry so a good body moisturiser softens my skin but a pampering session as well especially if I can get my husband to rub it in! :0)

  22. Palmers cocoa body butter. It smells lush and just lifts my spirits instantly. What’s not to love about it 🙂

  24. From Lush – Snow Fairy shower gel it scrummy smelling and is one of only a few things I can smell properly 😀

  26. Lush bath fizzers. They smell so divine that the whole house smells gorgeous for hours and I love the petals and other bits that get left in the bath.
