Christmas with ScentSicles

Scented Christmas with ScentSicles

We are all now on the countdown to the day the big man leaves a houseful of presents and we get time to spend with our friends and family.  As it’s Monkey’s birthday next week we don’t put our decorations up until the following weekend.  This year, when we do, we will be having a scented Christmas with ScentSicles!

So what are ScentSicles? They are a range of 4 different scented ornaments to use with your Christmas trees, wreaths and decorations.  The four scents are Two Dashes of Cinnamon, Snow Berry Wreath, White Winter Fir and Christmas Time Spruce.

So if like us you are opting for an artificial Christmas Tree this year, you can still achieve that pine forest feel without having to clear up the dropping needles! With Brewster our cat, a real tree just isn’t an option in this house!

We received the Two Dashes of Cinnamon and Snow Berry Wreath ScentSicles to try out.

I love the smell of Cinnamon, it makes me feel ready for the festive season, and as soon as I opened the ScentSicles container I was there!  Each canister contains 6 scented ScentSicles sticks and hanging hooks.  The scent should last for 30 days.

Made from all-natural, biodegradable paper, sourced from sustainably managed forests and infused to the core with a pure fragrance, ScentSicles offer a greener way to scent the home.

I have to say that my favourite is not actually the Cinnamon (surprised me) but the Snow Berry Wreath – these smell totally devine. and will be hanging from my tree as soon as it’s up!  In the meantime I’ve placed ScentSicles in with our pine cones and Christmas fruits; leaving the house with that Christmas feeling.

I really like the idea of including them in my wrapping when I’m wrapping up presents this year too.

To find out more about ScentSicles and to see where you can take a sniff test! then visit their Facebook page.  They are available to buy from John Lewis and leading Garden Centre’s across the country.
