Footcare with Scholl

Foot care with Scholl

As the sun starts to make a more regular appearance (yes I am keeping my fingers crossed and touching wood as I type!) it’s time to get those flip-flops and party shoes out and get ready for some fun.  Does this moment fill you with dread?  Have you been looking after your feet under your socks during the dark winter months? Foot care with Scholl may just be your saviour!

Scholl have a range of products available to care for our feet.  I don’t know about you, but I’m certainly guilty of neglecting this part of my body.  Silly really, as they really do take some punishment, whether it be hiking around El Torcal in Spain, doing the school walk or even partying with friends when I get the chance.

Being a stay at home Mum I don’t wear heels anywhere near as much as I used to.  The downside to this, is that when I do wear them, boy do my feet ache pretty quickly!  I won’t have to worry about that now though as I have a pack of Party Feet – Ultra Slim Invisible Gel Cushions.

The Party Feel Ultra Slim Invisible Gel Cushions come in a pack of 2 and are re-useable. They are clearly marked L and R and peel away easily from the backing pad.  Place in your shoe where the ball of your foot would sit and away you go.  They don’t slip and when you’ve finished wearing your shoes, just peel them off and place back on the backing pad.

I’ve found these really comfortable to use, being clear, they can be worn with a multitude of shoe styles and don’t look obtrusive.  They can even be hand washed between uses.  I’ve spotted that Scholl also do Gel Heel Shields, which I think may be a good purchase before BritMums Live next week!

I’ve found as I get older that my skin is drying out and this is certainly true with my feet. I’d really neglected them last year and they were a sorry sight last summer, especially my heels.  So I have been taking much better care of them since and won’t be ashamed when I stick my flip-flops on this summer!  To keep my feet looking their best I have been trying out the Scholl Dry Skin Instant Recovery Cream lately, and I’ve been really impressed.

I’ve been applying the cream daily over the last week whilst I’ve been in Spain, it goes on smoothly and leaves my feet feeling softer, absorbs easily and isn’t at all greasy.  My feet are certainly enjoying their new pamper regime and I’ve been impressed with the results.

It’s certainly worth popping over to the Scholl website and checking out their range of foot care products, I quite fancy their Express Pedi!

  1. I haven’t tried those products, but I’m on my way to getting bunions so I have some gel pads that loop over my big toes and cover the protrusion, they may such a difference.

I'd love to hear from you and try to reply to all comments
