Inspired Colouring: Patterns

Inspired Colouring: Patterns

When I was a child growing up in the 1970’s I was addicted to the Geometric Colouring books that were all the rage back then.  I just loved them.  It was the most artistic I ever became really, well that and my Spirograph!  Roll on 40 years and Patterned Colouring books are ‘in’ again, but this time round, for adults as well as children.  I was recently sent the new Parragon Books Inspired Colouring: Patterns, and I was itching to get started.

Inspired Colouring: Patterns

There are over 100 different designs to complete, and there is a very varied selection of patterns to complete, to suit all tastes.

We’ve been out and about so much recently, or Monkey has been poorly I’ve not had much chance to just sit, borrow his colouring pencils and just draw.  But we have spent an afternoon colouring together.  He was most amused to see that Mummy had her own colouring book.

Priced at £9.99 my Inspired Colouring: Patterns will be keeping me entertained over the next few months.

  1. I’d imagine colouring in could be quite calming and therapeutic, I just need to find the spare 5 minutes …!
