The B&W Photography Project Week 74 with PODCast and today I’ve been looking back at days out we’ve had earlier in the year that I want to write about at some point. One such place is Portsmouth Historic Dockyard that we took Monkey to for the first time in August this year. I was probably a few years older than him when I first visited, and it’s somewhere that left a lasting memory.
As we toured the different vessels we came across a number of ships crafted out of hazel. This one is probably my favourite.
So clever isn’t it?
Wow that’s so cool…and clever! Actually I really do like how they’ve used nature to make the model.
I know, that what I loved too, there were so many of them, all different ships, really clever.
This is a brilliant sculpture, and the detail really pops out in black and white.
This is really clear xx

Clever isn’t it
This is a great picture, and I have to confess its a place I have never been. I know my son enjoyed it a few years ago with his dad, so maybe I should give it a visit as its only down the road!
I bet it looked prettier in person. I love how people could come out of amazing ideas on how to make their art more interesting. :>
