BEAR Claws

BEAR Claws – a beastly snack

My son has hollow legs, and as soon as he’s home from school he makes a beeline for the cupboard to find something to eat.  It’s the same when we’re off on one of our adventures, I have to make sure that my handbag is full of tasty delights to keep him fuelled up through the day.  We’ve been trying out the new BEAR Claws range of fruit and veg shapes snacks and they’ve gone down a treat.

BEAR Claws

The new BEAR Claws come in four different flavours – Strawberry and Butternut; Apple, Pear and Pumpkin; Blackcurrant and Beetroot; and Mango and Carrot.  The BEAR range is very much focussed on natural ingredients and these snacks have a lower level of f natural sugar than any other kids fruit snacks on the market.  BEAR don’t add any sugar, salt, concentrates or stabilisers to their products either.  These snacks are aimed at children aged 12 months and over, are gluten free and are suitable for vegans.

BEAR Claws

Each box contains 5 bags of BEAR Claws, and each pack contains lots of different Monster shapes so children can create their own beastly snack before devouring it!

BEAR Claws

If I’m honest I wasn’t sure how a few of the combinations would go down with my 6 year old so I didn’t tell him exactly what they were until after he’d eaten them.  I know, but he’s one of those kids who will say no before trying something a little different.  But I have to say, he has loved every flavour.  I was rather curious too and the Mango and Carrot BEAR Claws are my particular favourite.

These beastly treats will definitely be joining us on our Easter adventures.  Priced at £2.49 for a box of 5 BEAR Claws, these can be found in Sainsburys and other supermarkets.  Enjoy!

disclosure:  we were sent the items mentioned in exchange for an honest review

  1. We love Bear Claws too – makes a change from the YoYo’s that Bear do – now H demands different things every day 🙂
