Have you visited Oki Doki with your children? Q Pootle 5: Pootle the Explorer DVD is the latest release featuring the little green alien Pootle (Q Pootle 5) and his friends. Monkey has loved the series ever since it first aired on CBeebies a few years ago, and he’s really enjoyed watching this DVD which is released through Abbey Home Media today.
The Q Pootle 5: Pootle the Explorer DVD features 7 episodes from the series which is based on the Nick Butterworth children’s books. There’s lots of alien adventures to be enjoyed with Pootle, Oopsy, Eddi, Stella, Ray, Groobie, Bud-D the Robot who live on Oki Doki and Planet Dave who orbits close by.

The DVD will even comes with a free poster for of Q Pootle 5 to enjoy. Monkey’s favourite episode is Rocking Not Rolling. When Oopsy’s crashes and gets stuck in the mud Pootle discovers a wobbly boulder which could come crashing down on everyone! He has to stop Groobie from playing his piano and make all the other inhabitants of Oki Doki do everything quietly. The friends think everything is lost, but the boulder falls away from Groobie’s diner, ends in the mud and frees Oopsy and her spaceship.

I was thinking the same way. Though maybe we would be travelling courtesy of a Spaceship which has the Basic necessary resources needed to support human life. If so maybe we could take a luxury item e.g. iPad.
