Thomas & Friends Start Your Engines! DVD

You might have caught my latest Trackmaster review earlier in the week, and as we gear up for the launch of The Great Race at the cinema next month, Monkey has been enjoying the new Thomas & Friends Start Your Engines! DVD.

Thomas & Friends Start Your Engines! DVD

This new DVD will be a big hit with any Thomas & Friends fans, and includes 6 episodes, along with 4 bonus features and 2 new sing-a-long songs.  With a running time of 77 minutes, the Thomas & Friends Start Your Engines! DVD has been keeping Monkey entertained.

The episodes featured are:

Two Wheels Good, Reds Vs Blues, Slow Stephen, The Little Engine Who Raced Ahead, Best Engine Ever and Philip to the Rescue.

We get to meet Philip in The Little Engine Who Raced Ahead.  He’s a green and yellow diesel boxcab and looks a little different from the other engines on Sodor.  The little engine doesn’t get off to the best of starts with Gordon and when the Express Train and Philip have a race, guess who wins?

Monkey’s favourite episode is Best Engine Ever, which features Caitlin and Emily. Monkey loves Caitlin’s appearance and she’s a super fast engine.  Emily is rather in awe of her too. The story is all about friendship, enjoying each others differences and working together.

The Thomas & Friends Start Your Engines! DVD has been a big hit here, and is available now from all good retailers priced at £6.00.  I’ve included my Amazon Affiliate link below for your reference.

disclosure:  we were sent this DVD in exchange for an honest review

About Over 40 and a Mum to One

I'm a Mum with an 8 year old son. I had a busy life in Export Sales before my Monkey came along, but decided to become a stay at home Mum once he arrived. Now I enjoy writing my own family lifestyle and travel blog. sharing the adventures that we have as Monkey makes his journey through school. We have a cat called Brewster who makes appearances and I’m a mad Ferrari Formula 1 fan, so that expect to hear about as each season unfolds. We love reviewing days out, toys, games and books and would love the opportunity to look at anything that fits in with our family lifestyle. We are always out and about and offering an insight on the places we visit, with a passion for nature thrown in for good measure. If you like what you read please leave me a comment, I love to hear from people, and always try to reply. Enjoy the read.
