The Book of Everyone

The Book of Everyone – review and giveaway

What do you give a workaholic with no time for hobbies for his 50th birthday?  Daddy P, as regular readers will know, works insanely long hours and has very little time for anything away from his warehouse.  Buying him presents is always a nightmare, buying him something for his 50th …… a total headache.  I paid for the three of us to go away for a long weekend, but what could Monkey get him?  We recently discovered The Book of Everyone and I knew I’d found the answer to my problem.

The Book of Everyone

You all know I love a personalised book, well for once you can judge the book by its cover. The Book of Everyone is exactly that, a book for everyone.  Whether you’re looking for a birthday present, Valentines, or maybe something a little different for a Christmas present, it’s all covered.

Personalisation starts right from the cover, you can choice the colour of the cover and name.  Enter the name, sex and date of birth.  Clarify whether you want their age shown in the book as their age now, or their next birthday.  Perfect for us, to ensure the reference is to the big 50!  Add in a dedication and your relationship to the recipient and you are ready to preview your book and make edits through the pages.

The Book of Everyone

You can go with the template suggested, add messages and even change the design of certain pages.  Plus you get to see your edit as you progress through the book.

With The Book of Everyone you can change colour schemes for certain pages and add in really specific details.  Everyone who knows Monkey, knows that. Pizza really is the love of his life

As the book comes together you can really see that as well as being fun, it’s actually full of facts about the year your recipient was born, as well as their star sign.  From Number One hits to top TV shows, the book is full of nostalgia and just the sort of thing Daddy P will enjoy.

The Book of Everyone

Of course we had to make sure fruit and veg got a mention somewhere.

The Book of Everyone

You can opt for a paperback, digital or hardback version of The Book of Everyone.  There’s even a deluxe version which comes complete with presentation box and padded cover.  I opted for the hardback version for £29.50.  There’s also a gift-wrapping option for £2.99 should you require it.

Delivery was prompt, and the finish of the book is just lovely. It’s a lovely keepsake and something just a little different.  We’ve been really pleased with our The Book of Everyone and Daddy P won’t forget he’s now 50 in a hurry!

  1. Would make for my son as he would find it fascinating reading more about year he was born and the personalisation of the book

  2. I would make up my book for my wonderful Mum who turns 60 in December. She had me when she was 27…and 15 months later had my twin brothers… 3 children under 15 months!! She is a super woman and my hero! Although we live just over an hour away from each other we make the most of the time spent together. She has invited us over for Halloween weekend this week and even though I am now 32 as part of her preparations I received a Howarts invitation letter through the post! She keeps the magic alive. My brothers and I love our Mum and as part of her 60th we would love to treat her with this book and turn all the attention on her for a change. She deserves it! ❤

  3. I have been looking at this book recently. It’s such a great idea. I would love to customise one for my niece.

  4. I’d make one for my mum. I know she would love it because it’s unique. It gets harder and harder to find nice gifts that she hasn’t already bought for herself.

  5. I would make the book up for my friends child as i think they would really enjoy something like this as it’s very unique.

  6. I think it would be a nice gift for my grumpy teenage neice to remember all the fun she used to and still could have 😉 x

  7. I’d make for my niece who’s had a rough year (with the death of her dad) as well as celebrating her 40th birthday, would hope to make her smile

  8. I would use it for my grandchild who will be here in a few months time, fill it up with special memories and give it to them on their 18th birthday

  9. I would love to make one of these fabulous books for our eldest daughter who is turning 18 next year. This would be a wonderful keepsake for her.

  10. I would give it to my Mum for her 60th Birthday in January. I think it would make a great present for her to keep

  11. I would make one for my mum because I think she would absolutely love it and it would make a nice Christmas present for her 🙂 x
