Monkey received something in the post recently which is going to get so much wear in the months ahead. We just need it to stop raining! He received the JCB Kids Coverall aged 8-9 years and we decided to give it a bit of an indoor test to start with.
My 7-year-old Monkey son isn’t always keen on ‘dressing up’ so I wasn’t 100% sure how the JCB Kids Coverall would go down, but my fears were soon allayed. It had the much adored JCB logo on it after all!
The coverall is made of a hard-wearing polyester/cotton mix and has various pockets, zip fastening, an elasticated waist at the back and velcro adjustable straps to the wrists.
Monkey loves the idea of being able to play with all of his JCB vehicles fully kitted out in his JCB Kids Coverall, and was soon hard at work.
Our house feels a little like a construction site at the moment, as we wait for the flooring downstairs to be replaced. Most of Monkey’s toys are boxed up at the moment and there’s little play space, he can’t wait until next week when we can start to get back to normal again. He’s stockpiled his favourite toys in his bedroom for the time being. Luckily his JCB toys are all still accessible, so he’s enjoyed having some fun with them in his company workwear.
Monkey turned 7 in December and is one of the tallest in his class. The 8-9 fit him well in the leg with a little room for growth, and we’ve rolled the sleeves up a bit at the moment. So it’s nice to know that the JCB Kids Coverall will fit him for a while yet.
We know that brighter, warmer days are ahead, and there are going to be lots of garden adventures for Monkey and his JCB Kids Coverall. He has his own section of the garden, known as the mud pit. There’s normally deep excavations going on there, with dumpers, diggers and excavators all at hand, now Monkey will also be perfectly dressed for the action.
Priced at £26.99, the JCB Kids Coverall is available in sizes from 2-3 years up to 12-13 years, to keep many a young JCB enthusiast kitted out. You can view this and the rest of the clothing range over on the JCB Shop website.

A great alternative to traditional dressing up, plus they could be used when helping in the garden etc.
Yes exactly that.
