Showcasing memories with CanvasChamp – review and giveaway

As you are well aware I am a prolific photographer.  I hope that the quality of my shots has improved since I first borrowed my Mum’s Brownie camera in the mid 1970’s though.  I’ve almost finished my two-year adult education part-time DSLR beginners photography course and will be taking part in an exhibition throughout June with the rest of my fellow students.  While I’ve been going through my photographs for my display, I’ve also taken the opportunity to spend time showcasing memories with CanvasChamp.  There’s one photograph that you might remember from our visit to Castle Ashby Gardens that I absolutely love, and it seemed perfect to turn into a canvas print.

CanvasCamp are a leading producer of photo canvas prints, offering good quality products at a very competitive price.  When they asked me if I’d like to turn one of my photographs into a canvas print, I knew exactly which photo I wanted to enlarge, and where I wanted it to go in my living room.

The ordering process for CanvasChamp Canvas Prints is really easy. Decide on the size of canvas you want, I opted for the 40x50cm size.  Upload the file from your computer, Facebook or Instagram and drag and drop it into the canvas size you’ve selected (you can change sizing if you desire).  Then decide on the wrap required, I went for the standard thin gallery wrap which gives a frame depth of 2cms.  You then decide on the border you’d like, I much prefer a white border on my canvas frames but you can also have a mirror image or image wrap around, all three options are free of charge.  You can even select a specific colour border if you think your print would look better with a non-white border. It’s also possible to select a full frame if you wish, but these are obviously extra to the canvas print charge.

I decided that my print would be fine with the free hanging hook supplied but there are other hanging options available for an additional charge.  If you fancy a different effect on your photo, you can select sepia and grey scale for free, as well as some chargeable options.

I didn’t opt for lamination, but that is available, there are also minor photo edit options available and you can ask for specific enhancements to be made if needed.  I always suggest asking for a proof to be emailed to you so you can confirm that all the details wanted are correct.

The whole process took a matter of minutes and standard delivery takes 8-10 days costing £4.99.  Order over £40 receive free delivery.  My print came well packaged and I’m really pleased to be showcasing memories with CanvasChamp.

The print reproduction is good and my new canvas now has pride of place in my living room.
