Over the last two academic years I’ve been taking part in an Adult Education course, getting to grips with my digital camera. As we reach the end of our DSLR Beginners Photography course, 13 of us are now exhibiting some of our work in a Photography Exhibition at South Street Churchill Hospital, in the outskirts of Oxford.
The exhibition runs until the end of June and features work as diverse as a study of local drag queens, Death Valley in California and Belly Fruit – otherwise known as pregnant tummies.
So what is the topic of my contribution to the exhibition? In the end I decided on the subject that it closest to my heart, so if you happen to be anywhere near the Churchill Hospital this month, pop along and take a look at The Boy in the Red Coat and the eight shots I opted for in the end.
