What adventures will you be getting up to this half term? If you’re looking for something a little spooky to keep the kids entertained then they might just enjoy the Ascarium at SEA LIFE Weymouth for Halloween. The immersive in-tank trail runs from 20th October to 4th November at most SEA LIFE Centres across the country (see exclusions and date changes below**) and is sure to be a big hit with families.
The Ascarium at SEA LIFE Weymouth for Halloween celebrates all those creepy creatures you might find in the deep. Many years ago Zara decided to cast a spell on those who mistreated the ocean and the creatures who lived within it. You’ll see blob fish, African tiger fish, goblin sharks and barrel eye fish on your adventures.
On her travels across the seas, the Sea Witch finds a treasure chest, but to unlock its treasures she needs children to find the hidden magic potions around the SEA LIFE Centre. Once all the potions are in place children can claim their treasure at the end of the trail in the shape of a reusable Ascarium cup.
As well as the trail itself there is also a Twister style game to play and a selfie photo frame to capture memories of the day.
Children learn all about the creatures that inhabit the deep whilst having fun at the Ascarium at SEA LIFE Weymouth for Halloween. With prices starting at £9.95 it’s a great way to having some fun, whilst learning about the world around us and how we can take more care of the world within our oceans.
Don’t forget to ask a member of staff about the competition SEA LIFE are running to give one lucky family a trip to Alton Towers when you visit Ascarium at SEA LIFE Weymouth for Halloween.
