Following on from yesterday’s football themed post, today I’m sharing with you the recently published World Football Records book from Carlton Books. This 256 page hardback book written by Keir Radnedge is a must for any fan of the sport.
The World Football Records book is the 10th edition which is full of all sorts of football related facts and figures. As well as providing fans with information on specific players, coaches and teams in general are covered too. As well as all the low down on the FIFA 2018 World Cup which took place in Russia earlier this year.
The World Football Records book doesn’t just concentrate on the men’s game, as there’s a section specifically on women’s football as well as the FIFA Women’s Player of the Year 2017 and World rankings for 2018.
This really is a book for fans of the sport globally to enjoy as it focuses on national teams, rather than those from specific leagues. With family living in Spain we always have a little bit of rivalry going on when England play them, so it’s good to be abreast of the latest facts and figures for my parents adopted homeland.
My youngest niece now lives in New Zealand, so we’ve been able to read up on their team too.
You can swot up on the various FIFA Managers and who scored the penalties during the 2018 World Cup competition.
The World Football Records book is also great for learning more about teams from outside of Europe as well as their top scorers and who has made the most appearances.
You can also immerse yourself in your national team.
My son’s best friend is football mad and I know he’s going to love reading this World Football Records book and sharing all he learns. Watch the blog as I’ll be sharing our thoughts on the World Formula 1 Records book soon too.
To learn more about the wide range of books available please check out the Carlton Books website, where you can also order directly.
