We’ve taken Monkey to London a few times since he was born and he get’s very excited if he sees landmarks he recognises on the TV. Today’s Blog Birthday review and giveaway – Hello London was going to be an instant hit.
Hello London is colourfully illustrated throughout by Marion Billet, and is full of interaction – push, pull and slide as you explore all that London has to offer.
Monkey loved looking at Tower Bridge and moving the bridge up and down to let the boats through. We’ve driven over it a number of times. Pop on the Underground – but mind the doors! There are 4 double page Hello London scenes to explore with simple text.
Maybe you will be luckier than Monkey was on a visit to London, maybe you will get to see the Queen in Hello London.
Hello London is a great board book, could be a reminder of a trip to London and offers lots of discussion points. We’ve really enjoyed reading exploring and sharing our own memories. Priced at £9.99, I think this would make a lovely addition to any bookcase.

I have only been to London once, – taking my girls with their dance school to pineapple studios for a dance workshop. The 1 landmark that sticks in my mind – and will not go away is M & M world. Now I hate chocolate. Horrible stuff, and the stench of it as you walk in is revolting. But, all the girls loved it, the smiles and excitement as they walked through that store was amazing..
