Mummy and Me – October 2017 as I try to record a photo a week and my son and I.
Week 40
We had a lovely day out together, just the two of us, at Stowe, our happy place. Then on the Sunday we went to Woburn Safari Park with Daddy P. He snapped this shot of us together in the parrot house, shame Monkey’s got his eyes shut!
Week 41
There’s always time for a mad eyed selfie it would seem. Monkey’s preferred look these days.
On Saturday Monkey and I headed up to Birmingham to spend the day with my niece N and her boyfriend. We went to Thinktank, which my son loves, he was ready to fly me away to somewhere exotic.
Week 42
I wasn’t feeling great this week and totally forgot to get any photos 🙁
Week 43
Half term week and I managed to get Daddy P to take a couple of photos of Monkey and I. The first was taken on a whistle stop visit to Kedleston Hall. My cheeky chappy.
The second was taken at the National Tram Museum, in their grounds, and although it’s taken from behind, I really like it.

Over 40 and a Mum to One
A Mum with a 13 year old son, enjoying life and having fun as my son travels through school life. We love to get outdoors whenever possible and make the most of the world around us. We have a cat called Brewster who makes appearances and I’m a mad Ferrari Formula 1 fan, so that expect to hear about as each season unfolds. We love reviewing days out, toys, games and books and would love the opportunity to look at anything that fits in with our family lifestyle. We are always out and about and offering an insight on the places we visit, with a passion for nature thrown in for good measure. If you like what you read please leave me a comment, I love to hear from people, and always try to reply. Enjoy the read.
