I know it’s not a capital city, but if I was Norm I’d go to Alaska. As it’s nice and cold and I bet the scenery is stunning
I would like to visit Vienna as my uncle was born there and it looks so pretty

Copenhagen, not too warm but Could enjoy the cool waters to visit the Little Mermaid and maybe to gallivant around the Tivoli Gardens

Hello, if I was Norm I would go to Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina as it has so much history and I would love to look around.
London. So many beautiful old buildings, museums, shows and places to eat out.
Moscow. Because it’s beautiful with loads of great architecture plus Snow!!!! Loads of Snow in winter.
New York. It’s such a magical city with loads of adventures to undertake.
Rome ! So much ancient history
Oslo – perfect for someone who’s used to the cold and I think it would be very beautiful.
New York, I’m sure Norm will be obsessed with it as I am
I would visit Dublin as we have lots of friends and family there and he would have a party!
