We recently enjoyed a magical afternoon having afternoon tea at Claridge’s with a very important bear. Winnie the Pooh no less. Christopher Robin is released today in cinemas across the country and we were treated a reading from the film adaptation book by Jim Cummings, AKA the voice of Pooh and Tigger too!
It really was a magical experience listening to Jim Cummings bringing Winnie the Pooh to life, and children and parents alike were listening attentively.
The Disney UK film, Christopher Robin stars Ewan McGregor as a grown up Christopher Robin, disillusioned with life, a man who has lost the fun in his London life. Can Winnie the Pooh and his friends remind Christopher Robin of how much fun life really can be. We saw the trailer for the film at a recent trip to the cinema and are looking forward to seeing the full film next week. Here’s a preview for you to enjoy.
Are you a household of Winnie the pooh fans too? Will you be going to see Christopher Robin?
disclosure: we attended this event to publicise the release of this film, my thoughts remain my own opinions

Over 40 and a Mum to One
A Mum with a 13 year old son, enjoying life and having fun as my son travels through school life. We love to get outdoors whenever possible and make the most of the world around us. We have a cat called Brewster who makes appearances and I’m a mad Ferrari Formula 1 fan, so that expect to hear about as each season unfolds. We love reviewing days out, toys, games and books and would love the opportunity to look at anything that fits in with our family lifestyle. We are always out and about and offering an insight on the places we visit, with a passion for nature thrown in for good measure. If you like what you read please leave me a comment, I love to hear from people, and always try to reply. Enjoy the read.
