Bath time fun with Mini-U

Bath time fun with Mini-U

I’m always on the look out for fun things to keep Monkey amused at bath time and was thrilled to discover a range of products from Mini-U recently that would do just that.  We would be having lots of bath time fun with Mini-U.

The bath time range looks fab and I could see us having lots of fun.  But then of course you can always rely on children to offer a curve ball.  Mummy, I’ve decided I only want to have a shower, just like Daddy! Where that came from I don’t know, but it’s taken a while for the shower novelty to wear off.  Now that Monkey has decided that actually you can have way more fun in the bath, we’ve been able to have bath time fun with Mini-U!

Monkey’s always been a fan of colour changing bubble bath so was eager to try these first. It’s always lovely to watch his face as his bath water changes colour.  I’m very lucky that he doesn’t have sensitive skin, but for those of you who kids do – this is a great range.  The products are free of SLS/SLES and contain no Sulphates or Parabens.

Having a white bath  I can confirm that it’s still white after having bath time fun with Mini-U.  The bath paints have been a big hit, although they do seem runnier than other brands we’ve tried and therefore haven’t lasted that long with my mini-Picasso.  After a Sunday bath session with Daddy P, one of our pale yellow bath towels had suffered from a painting spree, but once washed the towel showed no signs of any artwork.

The biggest hit with Monkey has been the Bath Bombs.  These are not something he’s ever seen before.  He was fascinate when we unwrapped the blueberry fragranced bath bomb. Just watch it dissolve in the bath, Mummy the bath water is changing colour!!  Be patient and you might find a surprise when it’s totally dissolved Monkey. Each bath bomb contains a foam animal.  The only note of caution I would offer if bathing younger children – the foam animal is contained in a capsule that looks like a tablet.  I could see a young child swallowing this if the parent wasn’t aware.  So just be aware.  Monkey loved finding his snake and promptly decided he needed painting!

We’ve had lots of bath time fun with Mini-U since Monkey has returned to the bath; tonight we will be having Fizzy Plops fun, watching the tablets changing the colour of the water!

Mini-U also stock a range of hair care products for children.  To find out more about these items, pricing for both ranges and stockists, then please visit the Mini-U website.

disclaimer:  we were sent these items in exchange for an honest review

  1. 7yo loves her baths when we are not rushing and have to shower instead. She’s usually got a pot of something that will colour change the water she’s playing with.

I'd love to hear from you and try to reply to all comments
