With a mother obsessed with maps and atlas’, Monkey has always been surrounded by globes, and stories of the world around us. Since he was very young we’ve tried to show him visually where Granny and Gramps are in Spain as opposed to where we are in England. He’s been learning about different parts of the world at school and the Big City Sticker Book has been a great addition to our World collection.
Published through Pavilion Books, Big City Sticker Book really has been a great find. There are 61 pages featuring countries from all over the world, with 19 pages full of 350 different stickers.
It’s so much more than just a run of the mill sticker book, as you journey around the globe, learning about different cities, the flags of countries and different landmarks.
I really like the fact that the Big City Sticker Book also makes Monkey think about directions, which direction do you need to go from one world city to another. There is also a Sudoku picture challenge to complete in each city.
It’s the kind of book that works well as a standalone book but we’re going to be using it in conjunction with Monkey’s globe and an Atlas he got for his birthday a couple of years ago. Big Sticker Book is a great education tool in my opinion.
Priced at £9.99 this might initially seem a bit steep for a sticker book, until you actually pick it up and look through it. I really rate this more as an educational tool, it gets a big thumbs up here. I’ve included my Amazon Affiliate link below for your reference.

Over 40 and a Mum to One
A Mum with a 13 year old son, enjoying life and having fun as my son travels through school life. We love to get outdoors whenever possible and make the most of the world around us. We have a cat called Brewster who makes appearances and I’m a mad Ferrari Formula 1 fan, so that expect to hear about as each season unfolds. We love reviewing days out, toys, games and books and would love the opportunity to look at anything that fits in with our family lifestyle. We are always out and about and offering an insight on the places we visit, with a passion for nature thrown in for good measure. If you like what you read please leave me a comment, I love to hear from people, and always try to reply. Enjoy the read.
