disclosure: we were sent these products for the purpose of review
I’m always looking for ways to make bathtime fun for my son, aged nearly 4 years, so when I was asked to try a couple of items from Cussons Mum & Me Little Explorers Range, I was eager to see what they offered.
We received Little Explorers Super Soft Squidgy Soap and Little Explorers Funky Bath Crackles to try.
The Little Explorers range is all hypoallergenic and dermatologist approved, which I always look out for when looking for products that will come into contact with my son’s skin.
So bath night tonight – we started with the Little Explorers Funky Fizz Bath Crackles ….
I opened the packet, the Crackles are multi-coloured granules …..
The Crackles do exactly what you’d expect – lots of crackles, which lasted much longer than I expected, the granules start to dissolve and turn the water a very pale blue colour. My son was absolutely fascinated by the noise, the texture of the granules and the colour trail they left as they dissolved.
Next up – Little Explorers Super Soft Squidgy Soap ….
The soap contains Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E so it’s great for his skin, it reminds me of hair mouse as it comes out, but it isn’t sticky and you can mould it into all sorts of shapes. My son just loved it being squirted out and messing around with it – again, exploring the texture, having fun and covering Daddy P in Squidgy Soap!
To say that he enjoyed playing with the Super Soft Squidgy Soap from the Cussons Mum & Me Little Explorers range, would be an understatement. He loved it! If he’d had his own way we would have used the whole can in one bathtime.
When all the fun was over and it was time to get out of the bath, it was great for me to find that neither product left any residue and my bath showed no remnants of our bathtime fun.
Both products can be found in all the main supermarkets – my son and I can confirm that they provide a lot of bathtime fun.
