disclosure:  we were sent the download of this album for the purpose of review

Today we’ve been dancing around the Living Room to Disney Phineas and Ferb Rockin’ and Rollin’ album. The soundtrack features songs from the last four series, so there’s a great selection to listen to.

In case you’ve not come across the show on Disney before here’s a little introduction.  For step-brothers Phineas and Ferb, every day is an adventure, whether they’re building a backyard roller coaster, surfing suburban tidal waves or travelling back to Prehistoric times. Their teenage sister Candace always tries – and fails – to catch them in the act and expose their exploits to mum. And unknown to everybody, the family pet – Perry the platypus – is actually a secret ‘Agent P’ working overtime to save the world from evil Dr Doofenshmirtz.

The Soundtrack album was released earlier this month through Universal.  There are 25 tracks, with a total running time of just over 36 minutes.

Platypus Walk – Swampy and the Marsh-mellows
Real Boy – Norm the Robot
Football X7 – Robbie Wyckoff
Big Honkin’ Hole in My Heart – Baljeet and Buford
Let’s Spend Half a Day – Kate Pierson
The Way of the Platypus – Rick Cowling
Isabella’s Birthday Song – Isabella
We Are the Moms – Jen Hirsch
What Is this Thing? – Fee Waybill
Drusselstein Driving Test Waltz – Aaron Daniel Jacob
Ferb Latin – Phineas and Friends
Evil for Extra Credit – Carl the Intern
Extraordinary – Candace
Funhouse – Aaron Daniel Jacob
I’m Me – Vanessa
I’m Handsome – Dr Doofenshmirtz
Livin’ with Monkeys – Candace
Just the Two of Us – Danny Jacob
Runnin’ from Love (in a Bear Suit) – Robbie Wyckoff
Waggle Dance – Ginger and The Fireside Girls
Dance Baby – Aaron Daniel Jacob
Feelin’ Super – Ian Osborne
My Evil Buddies and Me – Danny Jacob
Izzy’s Got the Frizzies – Carmen Carter
Quirky Worky Song – Danny Jacob

My son’s favourite was definitely The Platypus Walk, while I liked We are The Moms.  The rock theme to this soundtrack had us on our feet all afternoon and would be great to listen to in the car.

The Disney Phineas and Ferb: Rockin’ and Rollin’ soundtrack is available to purchase for £8.49 and is bound to have your feet tapping.
