As you know Monkey is rather obsessed with tractors and I thought the Farm Jigsaw and Sticker Book would be a great reminder for him of our recent farm holiday in Cornwall.
The Farm Jigsaw and Sticker Book from Little Tiger Press is aimed at children aged from 3-5 years and comes complete with a handy storage box with carry handle.
The Farm Sticker Book 13 wipe clean, brightly illustrated pages with ideas for which stickers to add to each scene. There are 2 pages of animal re-usable stickers which also include a tractor. The tractor is blue which went down very well here as it looks just like Farmer Nick’s from our holiday apparently!
I love the idea that the stickers can be peeled off and placed on different pages, it keeps children captivated for longer and means an activity can be revisited again and again.
The Farm Jigsaw itself is well made and follows the lovely book illustrations from Fhiona Galloway.
The 36 pieces are large enough for little hands to place easily and also still offer a challenge to a 5 year old Monkey. Once the farm scene is completed there is a challenge to find the hidden mice and a lot of discussion points.
I really like this set, for £8.99 it would be ideal as a birthday present.
