You may remember that we’ve reviewed for Fruit Bowl before; firstly with their Fruit Shapes and then with the rest of their lovely fruit flavoured snacks.  Well Fruit Bowl Fruit Sours have just been launched in Asda stores across the UK, and will be available in other retailers from September 2014.  We’ve been lucky enough to try some recently.

Taste bud tingling fruit shapes in four zingy flavours – orange, apple, cherry and strawberry.

So over to Monkey for a taste test – would they be too zingy for him?

The Fruit Bowl Fruit Sours have gone done very well indeed.  He hasn’t made any comment about a sharpness to the taste.  They contain no artificial flavours, colours, added sugars or preservatives and are only 58 calories per pack. Monkey has them as a treat and I’m sure they’ll be making their way into our shopping basket later in the year when our local supermarkets take stock.
