disclosure: we were sent the items mentioned for the purpose of review
We’ve reached November and although we’ve had a mild Autumn, we all know that Winter is around the corner and colder days are ahead. I’m getting winter ready with Lands’ End with a selection of items from their winter coats and jackets collection for Autumn/Winter 2023/24.
My first pick was the Women’s Midnight fleece top in the Baltic Teal Fairisle pattern. I work from home, and sitting at my desk for long periods, I can get quite chilly, especially as I’m rather frugal with the heating during the day! I thought this fleece top would be ideal to wear at home and out and about and I’m already loving it.
It is so comfy and features a stand up/down collar with popper fasteners, side pockets (doesn’t everyone love a pocket or two!?) and stretch binding at the cuffs and hem. There are nine different styles in this range, some patterned and some plain, so, in other words, something for everyone. The brushed fleece is also static and pilling resistant.
Getting winter ready with Lands’ End with my second choice I wanted something a little different, something that would work well as a casual jacket, but could also look smart if I’m traveling with work. I went for the Women’s Bouclé Coat in Blackberry.
I love the colour (there are four colour options for this jacket) and it will work as well with jeans as it will with black trousers I think. It’s lovely and warm too. Features include a fleece lining, popper fastening stand up collar and storm flap as well as a two-way zip front and side pockets.
I may have gone with a classic Mary colour for my final option for getting winter ready with Lands’ End but the style is a first for me and I’m already living in my new Women’s Insulated Fleece Lined coat in Evening Blue. I absolutely love it.
This particular coat comes in 6 different colour options and I can thoroughly recommend it. It has been keeping me cosy, warm and dry on a number of outdoor adventures already and I know it’s going to be worn all the time over the winter months ahead.
Features include being water repellent and windproof – both of which have been fully tested over the last few weeks. The coat features 100% recycled body insulation, with fleece upper lining as well as fleece lined pockets (game changer for anyone who suffers with cold hands like me). The hood is insulated, adjustable and features a popper detachable faux fur hood trim.
This coat also features a quilted design, two-way zip front, zipped side pockets and an interior zipped pocket as well as rib-knit inner storm cuffs. Have I already said that I’m so happy with this coat? I’m definitely getting winter ready with Lands’ End and I’m set whatever the weather has to throw at me in the months ahead. Added bonus, all three items are machine washable too!
What would you choose from the Lands’ End range of coats and jackets?
