Gift ideas from uncommon goods

Gifts with a difference from uncommongoods

I’m always on the look out for unusual presents and recently I discovered an excellent range of gifts with a difference from uncommongoods.  The US-based company has a strong ethos of sustainability. It offers a wide range of environmentally friendly, handmade, recycled and organic products.  They work with a wide range of artists and smaller manufacturers to offer us an exciting range of gift ideas that are a little bit different from the norm.

Once you click into the uncommongoods website, just select the ship to option to be UK and currency to be GBP and pricing converts from USD.  They have something in their range for every occasion. For example if you’re looking for a baby shower gift then they have some lovely options.  Or maybe you have a little bundle of joy to buy for; then have a look at the gift selection ideas here.

I was looking for a few items to brighten up our home, along with some future present ideas for Monkey.  I do like planning ahead when it comes to childrens birthdays and uncommongoods came up trumps for me.

After looking around the website I made my selection and ordered a Recycled Glass Tree Globe and Humphrey the Hovering Hummingbird Stake for me and the Make Your Own Kaleidoscope set and Edison Circuit Building set which I’ll be putting aside for Monkey’s birthday later in the year.

Everything arrived carefully packaged and I’ve been really pleased with my gifts with a difference from uncommongoods.  It’s certainly worth having a good look at the ranges on offer.  I would just point out though that the majority of items are shipped directly from USA and therefore the shipping costs can be a little more than you would normally expect.

disclaimer:  we were sent the items shown in exchange for an honest review
