The @When we were on holiday last June in Portugal, my son fell in love with the Meerkats at Lagos Zoo and Granny bought him one to bring home. Our little meerkat has a habit of getting lost and going on his own little adventures so we’ve given him a nickname. When I discovered the Ravensburger Mischievous Meerkats 500 piece jigsaw puzzle used that same nickname, it was a puzzle we just had to complete. Our mischievous meerkat has competition.
Aimed at those aged 10 years and above, I’ve enjoyed completing this puzzle whilst my 7 year old son and his meerkat look on.
The 500 piece jigsaw puzzle features a family of these inquisitive little creatures but if you look closely, they are not alone. The main family is definitely posing for the shot, but can you spot their friends?

My 7 year old is starting the transition from 100 to 500 piece puzzles and at the moment he loves helping me find all the edges, before letting me do all of the ‘hard work’ and then placing the last piece. I don’t think it will be too long though, before he’s trying to complete this puzzle by himself.
The wild flowers add another point of interest to the Ravensburger Mischievous Meerkats 500 piece jigsaw puzzle, as do the butterflies doted around.
We’ve loved watching this puzzle come together and spotting all the meerkats peering out at us. It gets a big thumbs up here.
