Protecting Monkey’s delicate skin has always been a top priority for me. With warmer weather hopefully on the horizon and summer holidays calling I’ll be using the new Sun care range from Childs Farm to keep him safe from harmful UV rays this year.
The new Sun care range from Childs Farm was launched earlier this year and is aimed at children aged 6 months and over. Childs Farm are known for their natural products, using ‘free-from’ ingredients and essential oils in their range of toiletries. They are a great range for children, especially those with eczema and sensitive skin.
The new range features a 50+ SPF Sun Cream protecting children in the sun, sea and whilst having fun in the sand. The 100ml tube will be a staple in my handbag this summer, especially when we are on holiday underneath the fierce Mediterranean sun. The cream contains sunflower wax and meadow foam seed oil which help to hydrate the skin, whilst the titanium dioxide blocks and protects children from UVA and UVB rays. The cream, whilst thick, rubs on smoothly and covers well and has a mild fragrance to it.
The Childs Farm After Sun Lotion (100ml) moisturises well and can be used to soothe skin after sun or wind exposure. Containing aloe vera, cocoa and shea butters this lotion is easy to apply and has a lovely soft coconut scent.
I know that both items from the Child Farm Sun Care range are going to be protecting Monkey and his skin in the months ahead. It’s a brand I know well and trust. Now we just need the sun!
Both products are now available from Waitrose or from the Child Farm website. The sun cream is priced at £10.99 and after sun lotion is £4.99.
disclosure: we were sent the items mentioned in exchange for honest review.

Over 40 and a Mum to One
A Mum with a 13 year old son, enjoying life and having fun as my son travels through school life. We love to get outdoors whenever possible and make the most of the world around us. We have a cat called Brewster who makes appearances and I’m a mad Ferrari Formula 1 fan, so that expect to hear about as each season unfolds. We love reviewing days out, toys, games and books and would love the opportunity to look at anything that fits in with our family lifestyle. We are always out and about and offering an insight on the places we visit, with a passion for nature thrown in for good measure. If you like what you read please leave me a comment, I love to hear from people, and always try to reply. Enjoy the read.
